Crew Captain is an NPC that sells Crew slots, if you are a captain, for 2,000. This gives one more crew slot per purchase. You can have up to 30 slots (As of Update 18). If the player does not own a crew, the NPC will say "What's up?" Crew Captain can be found at Graveyard, on a side of the middle tower.
