The Nintendo Wii U console will lose its digital store in a year. According to Nintendo Life report, An anonymous employee of Nintendo of America said that Nintendo wanted to close the Wii U eShop for several years, but was concerned about class action lawsuits if it were done within ten years of launching the system. The company did not respond directly to Nintendo Life's request for comment.
